Patch rules

When hiring the studio space, any lost, stolen or damaged items will be made liable to the client who hired the space and will be responsible for replacement. Once your booking has been approved you must pay the invoice in full before you attend your session. Any additional [weworking] equipment used will be charged at the start of your session (please check equipment price list before use). Any additional overtime studio hours will be charged at £40ph. This must be paid at the end of your session. Backdrop use comes at a charge of £10 per metre. It is your responsibility to ensure the studio office is left in the way you found it, including cleaning after yourselves and removing all personal belongings from the studio. Music & volume should be kept at room level and not exceed this (shouting & loud music ect). Any violent or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated and will lead to the termination of your session without refund. You must arrive ontime to your booking. We will not offer additional overtime if you are late, you will have to pay extra if you need more time. In the event you need to cancel or move your booking, you must do so 48 hours before your booking or you will lose ⅓ of your booking fee. You agree to abide by the number of people allowed in the studio at any one time. (number of people stated on website) Users can not take any equipment out of the studio without permission from management. If you do so you may be banned from hiring the space or kit again. You can not touch or remove any of the computers or office equipment in the space at any time.
