About this Patch

Spaciously designed over 2 floors in a light-filled mews house on Lonsdale Road in Queen’s Park​,​ The Hearth offers a variety of spaces for venue hire. The décor is calm and relaxing while thoughtfully designed with a warm colour palette. The Library upstairs has dramatic high ceilings​,​ skylights and large windows​,​ while the Lounge is calm and cosy with the Coffee ​/​ Wine bar serving drinks. Our Meeting Room seats up to 5 and is equipped with a smart TV and whiteboard. The Hearth is the perfect venue for: Business Events: presentations​,​ product launches​,​ trunk shows​,​ team meetings Social Events: private dinner parties​,​ birthdays​,​ wedding anniversaries and ceremonies Wellness Events: yoga​,​ meditation​,​ healing presentations​,​ courses and talks Media Events: Filming​,​ photoshoots​,​ social media backdrops​,​ and live events. Venue Hire at The Hearth Food and beverages such as hot drinks​,​ signature cocktails​,​ and sharing platters can be arranged through our Coffee ​/​ Wine Bar. For additional services such as entertainment​,​ wellness treatments and more​,​ we also have a range of quality service providers on hand to create a unique and special event.

Patch rules

Smoking is prohibited in space. Pets: While we do love our furry friends, pets are not allowed in the space. Decoration Guidelines: You may bring your own decorations (flowers/balloons on a weight etc), but you may not stick things on the wall or hang things off the fixtures. Clean-Up Requirements: The place needs to be given in the same condition as it was found during the check-in. All decorations, food, drinks, and rubbish need to be removed. If you are hiring our cutlery & crockery, please put them in the dishwasher in our kitchen. You can opt in for a post-event cleaning service for £40 and we’ll take care of everything. Trash Disposal: Bags of rubbish can be left on the pavement outside the building. Your event coordinator will assist you. Cooking: Cooking of food isn’t allowed in the space. - Please note that we can only book venue hires by the hour. The space requires a minimum booking of 3 hours. - The Lounge downstairs has more comfy seating and our coffee / wine bar, while The Library upstairs is a more formal event space, with a projector and screen. - Each area can fit up to 50 people standing, or 30 people seated depending on the layout. - We have crockery and glassware for up to 30 people that you may use, £3 per person additional charge will apply - No confetti & open fires in the space. - If tables are used for food they need to be covered to avoid damage. - Your own catering is fine. - We have a sound system, you can play music off Spotify. - Unloading can be done just in front of the venue. - We don't have a parking space outside the space as Lonsdale is a private road, however, there is pay and display parking on the streets surrounding us (about 5-10 minute walk) - For Sunday bookings: Lonsdale Road is closed from 8am - 3pm, so car access is until 8am and after 3pm only. We are also running Sunday Hearth Market from 10am - 2pm in front of the space, but rest assured that indoor area is exclusively reserved for venue hires.
