Patch rules

• We suggest that you visit Railton Lounge Venue (RLV) prior to booking, to ensure the setting is suitable for your specified needs. • The payment for hire is £35.00 per hour for a minimum 2 hour • A non-refundable deposit upon booking of £50 is required. This will secure your booking. The balance must be paid in full 14 days before your party. • You are fully responsible for the safety and usage of any equipment or activities that you provide. • RLV will not be liable for any equipment or its usage that is not owned by RLV. • There is strictly a no smoking on premises. • You can hire entertainers. • 70 is the maximum number of people are allowed to attend. • You are given 10 minutes setup and 10 minutes clearup time given in addition to your booking time • Please leave promptly at the end of your party • If hired the kitchen space, please ensure all items are washed and place back in its respective place • We expect you to arrive 15 before your event, so that a member of staff can show you around the venue, and how to use the equipment’s (if applicable to you) • Any decorations or items being put up in RLV, please ensure no permanent items are place on walls, floors or ceiling. • Please ensure not to obstruct the outside space with items, causing obstruction for the public Please Ensure That • Any decorations are removed at the end of your party from RLV and the outdoor space • You place all of your rubbish in plastic bags and bins provided. • You leave at your allotted time, for every 5 minutes over stayed will be £5 taken from your deposit What You Can Expect From Us • RLV will be clean and ready for your event • Some tables and chairs will be provided • You will have access to the toilet • Use of kitchen area - to prep and serve not cook (if only getting basic package) –
