About this Patch

Our space is in the heart of Fitzrovia and we are within a few minutes' walking distance from Goodge Street station. An independent private room that is in the perfect location to attract clients and to bring your existing clients. Fitzrovia is the loveliest location. It is mostly quiet but still within a couple of minutes of the bustling Goodge Street and Tottenham Court Road. Our space is immaculate​,​ and customers absolutely love our decor. It is clean and furnished to perfection. I am looking for a person or persons who are reliable and trustworthy and are happy to respect the treatment room keeping it immaculate and clean. I use it on Saturdays and Sundays to teach beauty. The space is available Monday-Friday with the odd weekend available. You will have sole access and so will be responsible for keeping the space clean and hygienic as well as removal of any waste. You will oversee opening and closing and must make sure you securely lock the main door when leaving and keep the keys safe. We are based in the heart of Fitzrovia parallel to Goodge Street and have a great footfall of customers. There is lots of storage available also and a small kitchen area for tea​/​coffee. There is one toilet and sink to the rear of the space. There are quite a few windows​,​ which let a lot of light in and give a lovely feel as you can see from the photos. I am really looking for someone who will love​,​ care and respect the space as much as I have.
