No smoking or vaping; No selling alcohol or food on premises; BYO alcohol & food is allowed; No loud music events only background music, e.g.music at exhibition or photo/film shoot ; Minors must have parent’s or guardian’s permission to be at the Studio and to be photographed or filmed; No animals allowed unless previously agreed with The Cam Den Team(guide dogs exempt) ;Equipment must be returned promptly at the end of the hire period in good condition.The Customer/Hirer must include set up and take down/clean up time within the hours booked to avoid overtime charges. The Customer must ensure that they have their own public liability insurance for all persons in the Studio during the hours of use, to cover any injury, accident, etc.
