The layout​,​ lighting and furniture make this apartment a perfect photo shoot location. The studio has previously been used in work by the likes of Puma​,​ PAP and Adidas. The joint kitchen-dining-reception room is 8.48x8.03​,​ with a ceiling height of 2.7 metres. It contains a lowered central lounge area​,​ with a long corner sofa​,​ coffee table​,​ and flat-screen TV. Surrounding the main room are three double-door windows​,​ all fitted with blackout blinds. The southern bedroom is separated from the lounge by a sliding door which doubles as a unique backdrop for shoots. The kitchen counter overlooks the lounge area​,​ and adjacent to it is a small window-side dining table. As well as having adjustable ceiling lights​,​ the room is furnished with several lamps providing warm lighting to shots. Available from 8am to 6pm *Other hours available upon request
