I am Michelle Hart, Salon Owner with over 25years of salon and owner experience. With this I am an educator, colour specialist and also qualified as a personal and business coach. The industry is evolving and I would love to hire passionate experienced Hair professionals passionate about transforming hair in a professional and safe environment. The choice to use organic and natural products came about when I gained allergies to traditional professional hair products and had begun researching what goes into them. It was an eye-opener for sure and I made it my mission to provide a safer, cleaner environment and services for my team and guests. Moving on we hit the pandemic and our industry got hit hard. On the other side, it appears there is now an opportunity for hair professionals to come together in a salon environment on different terms.
