Study use upon request No taking over the road for large shoots No glitter, oil or glass near the pool, no shoes No pool table use unless for shoots No taking talking on phones/ubers out the front of the home No rubbish left on the street / in-front of house Shoes removed inside the property No food to be consumed outside of designated areas Please protect the flooring No smoking inside the property No alcohol or drugs on the premises Please respect neighbours Crew only on site Please leave the house as found The price quoted is for a 10-hour shoot Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm. With a crew size of up to 15 people.   Weekends, public holidays and Hours outside 8-6 will be charged at 1.5 the pro-rata rate The number of people over 15 will be charged at £25pp. Overnight storage is £150pp Deliveries outside of the shoot hours are £50 per delivery Perfect for: * Photo shoots * Video shoots * Interviews and podcasts * Adverts * Film * Product launches
