Shallows is a revolving door of talent in the tattoo, hair, and beauty industries. 26 curated freelance artists bring their businesses to the family at Shallows smashing the evolving worlds of tattoo, makeup, and hair together. We are in pursuit of the alternative, the creative and the rebellious.
